Items must be in saleable condition, with their original tags and/or in their original packages, and with no signs of use.  Due to health regulations, earrings (and all piercing jewelry) are non-refundable unless in a sealed and unopened packaging.

If an item arrives with missing or damaged pieces, we will arrange for delivery of replacement parts at our expense. If you choose to return the item instead, you'll be responsible for shipping.

To make a return, please contact us first by phone or email for a return authorization and so we can make sure you have the proper address for returns. Please have your order number available when you call, or include it in your email. We can't reimburse the return postage unless we sent you the wrong item. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail (insurance, tracking, delivery confirmation, etc. are your responsibility). We reserve the right to reject returns sent without a return authorization.
